Sherlock Holmes investigates the case of the pajama suicides. Distinguished men are committing suicide after they go to sleep. To get to the bottom of the case, Holmes changes his identity in order to find a clue. He is almost positive that a woman has something to do with the deaths. Since all the men were rich and distinguished, he pretends to be a rich withdrawn Indian military officer and then he encounters Adrea Spedding. She does not fall for his act and substantiates herself to be the woman behind suicides. She goes after Holmes to kill him.
