Two Weeks to Live (1943)

Two Weeks to Live

(1943)

74 minutes.

Comedy

Directed by Malcolm St. Clair

Cast: Chester Lauck and Norris Goff

Two Weeks to Live is a delightful Lum and Abner romp, one of the seven full length movies that they made in the 1940's. This one takes them to Chicago when Abner inherits a railroad. When Abner is mistakenly diagnosed as having only two weeks to live, his partner gets the idea that they can make a ton of money by having Abner perform all kinds of dangerous stunts. Things go awry in dizzying fashion after that.
