While taking care of British troops, Jane writes a letter to Tarzan requesting assistance in retrieving a malaria serum that comes from jungle plants. Tarzan and Boy travel to the desert in search for the plants and end up destroying a German's endeavor to apprehend a wild horse. They end up in an Arab city and salvage an American lady magician who was about to be killed for sending a mysterious message to the Sheik. To retrieve the plants, Tarzan must fight everything that gets in his way.
