Wilbur Hoolihan decides to feed candy to King O’Hara’s and his daughter Princess’s hack horse, which results in the horse dying. Wilbur comes up with a plan to raise money to replace the horse, by going to a gambling organization with his Grover Mockridge. Triumphantly they raise the money. They are on their way to buy the new horse when a criminal decides to blackmail them.  Now another obstacle is in their way and somehow will get through it.
