Morgan Conway plays Craig Morgan and Emerson Wheeler played by Emmett Vogan are planning to take over a water-supply dam which is owned by ranchers. The bank is planning to shut out the ranchers and sell their ranches to make more money.  Senator Gleason is on the side of the ranchers and plans to help them in any way possible, but he is killed all of the sudden. Terry Reynolds pretends to be a criminal known as the Nevada Kid and teams up with Gleason’s daughter, Edith to capture the outlaws and compromise with the ranchers.
