Hoppy (William Boyd) and his sidekicks California (Andy Clyde) and Johnny (Jay Kirby) are Texas Rangers investigating missing Mexican immigrants. They track the disappearances to a town run by Orestes Krebs (Russell Simpson), who is using the kidnapped migrants to work his mine. Krebs captures the trio and sentences them to hang. Hoppy must escape, bring Krebs to justice and free the miners.
(It is interesting to note that two later stars appear in this film. George Reeves (of Superman fame) and Robert Mitchum both have bit parts in this movie.)
