Attrocities against Americans by the Japanese during World War II.

Based on the 1941 book Behind the Rising Sun written by James R. Young. The main character, Taro Seki returns to Japan around the same time that the war party is gaining control.   He decides to pursue working for an American engineer O'Hara, and at the same time begins to develop feelings for Tama, the secretary.  However, prior to being able to act on his feelings, he is drafted.  Later, his plane is hit and he perishes.
