College boy Freckles returns home from school to his quiet hometown and hopes to bring some of his experiences back to his community.  What he finds when he gets home is his girlfriend falling under the spell of a con artist and gangster planning to rob the bank.  Will Freckles and his pal Jeff be able to stop the bank robbers and will Freckles win back his sweetheart?
