A mine owner passes away, leaving half of the mine to Gene and the other half to Barbara Erwin. Gene wants to respect the will, which states to keep managing the mine. On the other hand Barbara wants to sell the mine so she can receive half of the money. Gene does not allow her to, so she appoints two lawyers. Little does she know that they are both criminals. They order their collaborators out and Gene's finds himself in a dangerous situation.
