Gene and his dear friend Smiley Burnette encounter the heiress Virginia Grey. She wants to remove herself of her property estate. Scoundrel George Meeker encourages the situation, for he wants to charge unreasonable expensive prices for the land. Gene is there to make sure nothing bad happens concerning the land.
