Dr. Steve Kells has a warrant out for his arrest in New York. He travels west and finds himself in a town ran by a group of criminals known as the Border Legion. They abduct Kells after the leader of the group is severely hurt in order to take the bullet out. He is left with no choice since he has a warrant out on him, so he becomes a member of the group. Kells has plans of his own to start an invasion that will lead the group into deception.
