The boys (Laurel and Hardy) find jobs as butler and maid for a dinner party at the Vandevere's. They end up sweeping streets after they fail at their jobs and end up catching a bank robber. This results in the boys being sent to Oxford by the bank president who is thankful for their help. The Oxford students are constantly pulling pranks on the boys and they somehow take over the Dean’s office. Stan begins to think he’s the famous Lord Paddington.
