After Belnap discovers that his herd has been infected with hoof and mouth disease, he attempts to send them away immediately. But Gene discovers an infected cow and restricts the rest of the herds. To get acceptance to send them away, Belnap changes the trademark on one of his contaminated cows to the Wheeler trademark. Gene is aware that the Wheeler herd is fine and is determined to uncover the contaminated herd.
