Anita is engaged to Don Barnes, but falls in love with magician Arturo. She becomes his wife and stage assistant on a world tour, where they never seem to have a break. Anita starts to become frustrated with her new life and Arturo’s flirty ways. His dangerous stunts begin to give her nightmares, which results in her leaving him.
