Sally Dawson offers Gene a singing contract to sing on her weak and slow moving radio station. During the meantime, Gene is in the business of selling horses and little does he know that the supporter of his program is the tractor business he is going up against. When the ranchers that purchased tractors are not able to complete their payments and Maxwell deprives, the ranchers accuse Autry of the problem.
