Windy and Lucky arrive in a town just after a bank robbery. The banker, Mr. Caldwell, doesn’t trust Sherriff Tom Martin and hires his own investigator. Martin’s children go to get Hopalong to help him solve the case. Hoppy and his friends work out an elaborate plot to catch the bank robbers.
