Gangster Joe Krozac has been in jail for ten years. Reporter Paul North gets terminated from his newspaper job for writing empathetic stories about Krozac's wife and young son. Krozac’s wife divorces her husband and marries North. Korzac is determined to find his ex-wife and son after he is released from prison.
