The intrepid Captain “Bulldog” Drummond must try to rescue his kidnapped fiancee, Phyllis Claverling, who is being held captive by Drummond's old adversary, Mikhail Valdin. The evil Valdin is wanted for the murder of an American tycoon in Paris. Drummond is aided in his search by his butler, Tenny, his pal Algy, and Scotland Yard's Inspector Neilson.
