William Reardon is a steel tycoon who leaves a peculiar will when he passes away. His unscrupulous son returns home from Paris to find "Tons' Walker in charge of his father’s company since his father requested this on his will. Another thing specified on his father’s will is for him to change his name to Bill Hall and work in the family business for a year under his new name. His father wants Walker to teach his son responsibility, but neither is happy about working together.
