Lucky misses his wedding to Margaret after being tricked by some people from Pop's magic and dance act. In order to marry he must come up with $25,000, so he travels to New York with Pop and encounter a dancing instructor named Penny. They work well together and see to be allowed to marry her. He and Pop go to New York where they run into Penny, a dancing instructor. They become interested in one another, yet he remembers what he has with Margaret.
