Gene battles Morgan and his henchmen when he discovers that they are attempting to administer corrupted cattle to the railroad. Gene enters the election to run for Sheriff, after one of Morgan's henchmen kills the Sheriff. Morgan slanders Gene for the killing of the Sheriff but Gene ends up winning the election. Now he will have his chance to capture Morgan and his collaborators.
