Cowboy Tom Elliott (Ken Maynard) tries to keep his brother Phil (Paul Fix) out of trouble, but he still manages to fall in with a group of thieves. Phil gets caught in a bank robbery attempt, but Tom takes the fall for his brother and goes to prison for it. When Tom is released, he joins the Canadian Mounties and is assigned to bring in criminal Mardsen and his gang, but discovers his brother is now a member of the gang. But seeing his brother again causes Phil to have a change of heart , and he helps Tom capture his old gang.
