Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum work for a toymaker in which they try to borrow money from him in order to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe as well as keeping Little Bo Peep away from the devious Barnaby. They don’t succeed in borrowing money from their employer, so they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Barnaby has revenge on his mind after he discovers their plan and calls for the bogeyman to terrify and destroy Toyland.
