This film revolves around the life of some farmers whom have gone through a tough time in their lives. They live in a very hostile part of Maine. They go through a very tough winter, where it is always snowing and freezing cold. On top of the horrible weather, they also have to deal with the fact that there is nothing else for them to do, for the closest town to them is very far from their town.
