This film revolves around a drug and illegal alien smuggling circle in Bay Beach, a small town close to the Mexican border. Brad Allerton is selected by U.S. agents to pretend to be Bud Langton, a stunt pilot who was going to perform at the airport's dedication but ran into problems with the police. Natalie, the daughter of J. T. Adams, an important local politician, falls in love with Brad after seeing him perform. Adams and the leader of the smuggling ring, John Moran, work together and Adams is only interested in the money it brings him. When Moran orders the killing of a man, Adams cannot even utter a word. A story of jealousy , murder and scandal.
