Dickie wants to join the gang in their fun outside, but he’s in a neck brace and his mom won’t let him.
Despite his mother’s orders he sneaks out with Stymie and they buy a ticket for a ride on Breezy’s ‘taxi’ – pulled by a donkey. Spanky and Jacquie hitch a ride, and Dickie gets all the excitement he wanted when the ‘taxi’, which doesn’t have any brakes, begins a long race downhill!
