This film centers on Ted Duncan falling in love with ranch owner Martin’s daughter, Mary. Cooper is neighbors with Martin and is interested in Mary, as well as everything Martin owns. At the relay races, Martin is encouraged to bet that his horse ridden by Ted can beat Cooper’s horse. Of course Cooper will do anything to win the bet in a dishonest manner.
