This Our Gang film has the kids frustrated with their parents for giving them household chores to do on their day off from school. The kids come together to figure out how to avoid the chores, but a heater salesman dressed as the devil overhears their conversation. In order to scare the kids and have them do their chores, he drops a smoke bomb and jumps around them.
