This Our Gang film centers on an election between Jay R. and Joe. They threaten the kids with a sock to the jaw if they don’t vote for them. The kids don’t have the election on their minds, especially Farina whose mother wants him to deliver laundry to her clients. He put several costumes on such as a scarecrow, a dancer, and an older woman to get past the gang.
