Tina works at the Red Mill Inn who is constantly dealing with the bad temper of her employer, Willem. She falls in love with a visitor from the Netherlands. The burgomaster’s daughter is forced to be with the aging governor, even though she is in love with Captain Edam. Tina pretends to be Gretchen in order to stop the marriage from happening, but gets locked inside the haunted mill. Dennis comes to her rescue.
