When Joe’s mother leaves him in charge of the stand, he charges Farina 25 cents for a big fire-rocket. Joe accidentally blows up the stand with the fire-rocket! This scares everyone, which results in the dog Pansy consuming oil capsules from a scientist. Pansy spits out the capsules in small pieces as the gang runs away.
