This Our Gang film has Joe making a cake with his little Mildred and dog Pal since his mother can’t afford a cake. The cake ends up being the size of the oven, so he invites the gang over. They head to rich boy Jackie’s birthday party first to enjoy the fancy food. Joe is bothered by Jackie’s party when only Farina and his little sister Jannie get to Joe’s. Jackie was planning on having Joe bring the cake.
