This film is set in Arizona where Henry Williams is searching for a remedy for his imaginary sickness. He stays at the ranch of Jud Morgan, whose daughter Sally catches his attention, even though she is about to get married to Sheriff Bob Wells. Henry accompanies her to town to shop for wedding attire, but they run out of gas. He uses a monkey-wrench to hold up a motorist and takes gasoline from the car . This comes back to haunt them when they become the cook and dishwasher at a ranch where the motorist arrives.
