Boys Will Be Joys was released in 1925 by Pathé, one of the Our Gang / Little Rascals silent comedy films directed by Robert F. McGowan.

Since the gang can’t get into the local amusement parks, they decide to build one of their own.

When workmen arrive with plans to build a factory, the gang decides to visit the owner to argue for an amusement park instead.  Traveling by donkey cart, they head over to the offices of Henry Mills, President of the Pan American Export Company.

Lucky for them, Mr. Mills is a big kid himself and goes with the gang to check out their ideas, and when the members of his Board of Directors show up, he puts them to work helping build the park!
