Mickey and Joe are enjoying themselves in the railroad yard exploring the trains, but when the engineers turn their backs the boys accidentally start a train and take a ride. Enraged, the engineers shoo the boys out of the railroad yard.
Not willing for the fun to end, the gang decides they will build their own train – and they do! Things are going pretty well until Toughy shows up and tries to spoil all their fun.
