Boys to Board, released by Pathe’ in 1923, was one of the Our Gang / Little Rascals series of films.

The gang is enrolled in an unpleasant boarding school where they are really not happy.  Taking pity on them, their school teacher, the husband of the owner of the boarding school, helps them to escape.  As usual, out of the frying pan and into the fire -- the gang comes up against a bootlegger who captures them and ties them up.  Once again, the school teacher comes to their rescue, and when he takes them back to school he demands that his wife makes the school a better place to live and learn.
