NEVE CAMPBELL BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:
Neve Campbell was born on October 3rd, 1973 in Guelph, Ontario in Canada with the middle name Adrianne, born to Marie and Gerry Campbell. She had three brothers and at the age of two her parents divorced and the siblings were raised by shared custody with both parents.
Never developed an interest in ballet dancing from a young age and at the age of nine she was given the opportunity to live at the National ballet School of Canada and receive formal dance training. After appearing in a number of productions there, she continued to suffer too many injuries from dance, so at the age of fifteen, Neve decided to turn her focus towards acting.
She began attending auditions and in 1991 she appeared in a commercial for Coca-Cola. This soon followed with roles on the Canadian television shows, "Catwalk", "My Secret Identity", "Kids in the Hall", "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" and "Kung Fu: The Legend Continues" .
Her big leap to stardom was when she was cast as, Julia Salinger on the popular television series, "Party of Five" (1994-2000). It was this role that took her career to a whole new level.
Along with working as a regular on the series, she also began adding numerous film roles to her resume such as, "The Craft" (1996), "Scream" (1996), "Wild Things" (1998), "54" (1998), "Three to Tango" (1999), "Drowning Mona" (2000) and "Scream 3" (2000).
As her career has progressed, Neve has continued to alternate between film and television roles and has really been able to hold her own in Hollywood. Some of her other popular film roles include, "Panic" (2000), "Lost Junction" (2003), "When Will I be Loved" (2004), "I Really Hate My Job" (2007) and "Scream 4" (2011).
In addition to working as an actress she also co-wrote, produced and starred in the film, "The Company" in 2003. Followed by more television appearances on, "Medium", "Burn Up", "The Philanthropist", "Seawolf" and her most recent television series role ,
"Titanic: Blood and Steel".
Neve has also returned to her love of performing on the stage adding such productions to her resume as, "Resurrection Blues" and "Love Song". Most recently she appeared in 2012 on the television movie, "Sworn to Silence" and currently in post production soon to release the film, "Vivaldi" in 2013.
She married actor Jeff Colt from 1995 through 1998. She then married another actor, John Light in 2007 however, by 2010 this marriage also ended in divorce. She is currently in a relationship with, J.J. Field and they have one son together.
