ERIN MORAN BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:
 
Erin Moran was born on October 18th, 1960 in Burbank, California to parents Sharon and Edward Moran.  She was the youngest of five siblings.  She grew up in Los Angeles and attended North Hollywood High School.
 
She first became involved in acting working on a number of television commercials before she was given the chance to appear on a number of television sitcoms such as, “Gunsmoke” (1955), “F.B.I” (1965) “Daktari” (1966), “The Waltons” (1971), “The Smith Family” (1971) “Family Affair” (1966), “My Three Sons” (1960), “The Courtship of Eddie’s Father” (1969).
 
Moran got her big break when she became very well known as Richie Cunningham’s sister, Joanie on the television sitcom, “Happy Days” (1974).  Later after the series came to an end, she continued to work in television appearing on such series as, “The Love Boat” (1980-1985), “Murder, She Wrote” (1986) and the soap opera, “The Bold and the Beautiful” (2009).
 
Along with her career as a television actress, Moran has also appeared on the big screen in a number of feature films such as, “How Sweet It Is!” (1968), “80 Steps to Jonah” (1969) “Watermelon Man” (1970), “Glitter” (1984) and soon to release, “The Deceit” (2011).
 
Erin is currently married to Steven Fleischmann who she wed in 1993.  Prior to this marriage she was married to Rocky Ferguson from 1987 through 1993.  She remains working in the industry and rumor has it she plans to write and release a book soon about her experiences on “Happy Days” and life as a child actress.
