CYNTHIA GIBB BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:

Cynthia Gibb was born on December 14th, 1963 in Bennington, Vermont. As a young lady she took dancing lessons and later won a modeling contract with Eileen Ford Agency in New York when she was only fourteen years old.

Soon she was gracing such magazine covers as "Vogue" and "Young Miss". It was through her modeling work that she was first discovered by Woody Allen who chose to cast her in the film, "Stardust Memories" (1980).

This experience lead Gibb to change from pursuing modeling to a career as an actress. She began with doing some stage work before being cast in the television series, "Search for Tomorrow" (1951).

Soon more television roles followed such as on, "Fame" (1982), "Tales of the Crypt" (1990) and "Madman of the People" (1994-1995). In addition to her television series and television movie roles she was also featured on such films as, "Youngblood" (1986), "Salvador" (1986), "Malone" (1987), "Modern Girls" (1986), "Death Warrant" (1990) and "Full Frontal" (2002).

Cynthia Gibb has married only once to Scott Kramer and they had three children before the marriage ended in divorce. Most recently, Gibb has appeared on the films, "A Nanny for Christmas" (2010) and "Shakespeare's Daughter", scheduled to release in 2013.

In addition to still working as an actress she enjoys teaching private voice lessons and owns a studio in Los Angeles, California. She also resides in Connecticut.
